摘要
往复式压缩机是一种容积式压缩机,输送介质大多数为高压易燃易爆气体,是石油化工行业的重要设备,其运行状态直接影响装置的安全与平稳生产。气阀是往复压缩机最容易出故障的部件,因高频开启关闭、受力情况复杂时常导致泄漏等故障的发生,对机组高效、稳定运行产生不利影响。因此研究气阀的故障诊断与维保方法对往复式压缩机的平稳运行显得尤为重要。主要对往复式压缩机气阀故障的诊断及维护保养等方面进行相关的研究与分析,有助于延长气阀的使用寿命,保障压缩机的气量,降低功率消耗,提升企业的设备管理水平。
Reciprocating compressor is a kind of positive displacement compressor.Most of the conveying medium is high-pressure flammable and explosive gas.It is an important equipment in petrochemical industry.Its operation status directly affects the safety and stable production of the device.Air valve is the most vulnerable component of reciprocating compressor.Due to high frequency opening and closing,complex stress situation,it often leads to leakage and other faults,which has a negative impact on the efficient and stable operation of the unit.Therefore,it is very important to study the fault diagnosis and maintenance methods for the reciprocating compressor.This paper mainly researches and analyzes the fault diagnosis and maintenance of reciprocating compressor valve,which helps to extend the service life of the valve,ensure the gas volume of the compressor,reduce the power consumption,and improve the equipment management level of the enterprise.
