摘要
SF6因其优异的灭弧能力而广泛应用于开关设备,但SF6断路器在高寒环境下经常发生液化现象,现有瓷柱式断路器防止液化问题的解决方式不理想。为解决该问题,设计了一种适用于高寒环境的110 kV瓷柱式SF6断路器防液化智能单元及其内置式加热结构。基于Workbench软件建立瓷柱式断路器3D模型,针对不同方案进行电场、温度场仿真,确定智能单元技术路线并进行样机设计。搭建低温试验环境测试防液化智能单元组件运行效果,在呼伦贝尔地区加格达奇110 kV变电站进行样机现场安装与试验。试验结果表明,防液化智能单元组件与断路器配合运行稳定,测温误差在1℃以内,110 kV瓷柱式SF6断路器绝缘套管内底部安装该防液化装置可保证外部环境在-40℃时,灭弧室内部温度仍能维持在SF6液化点以上,满足断路器现场开断要求。
SF6 is widely used in switching equipment due to its excellent ability to extinguish the arc,however,the SF6 circuit breaker often undergoes liquefaction in extremely cold environments,and the solution to the liquefaction problem of the existing porcelain column circuit breaker is not satisfactory.In order to solve this problem,a 110 kV porcelain type SF6 circuit breaker anti-liquefaction intelligent unit and built-in heating structure suitable for use in extremely cold environments are designed.Establishing a 3 D model of porcelain type circuit breaker based on workbench software,perform electric and temperature field simulation for different schemes,and determine the intelligent unit technical route and carry out prototype design.In this paper,a low temperature test environment is built to test the operation effect of anti-liquefaction intelligent unit components.The prototype is installed and tested in Jiagedaqi 110 kV substation in Hulunbuir area.The test results show that the anti-liquefaction intelligent unit works stably with the circuit breaker,and the temperature measurement error is within 1℃,the anti-liquefaction device installed in the inner bottom of the insulating bushing of the 110 kV porcelain type SF6 circuit breaker can ensure that the temperature inside the arc extinguishing chamber can be maintained above the SF6 liquefaction point when the external environment is at-40℃,which meets the requirements for on-site breaking of the circuit breaker.
