摘要
为解决智能变电站"三层两网"系统架构中过程层产品数量多,影响大,配置复杂及出现故障影响范围广等问题,对当前的智能变电站"三层两网"的架构进行分析,给出了第三代智能变电站的"两层一网"的系统架构设计。结合"两层一网"对过程层主设备就地模块关键技术进行研究,提出了一种基于"两层一网"系统架构下的第三代智能变电站的主设备就地模块设计方案,方案中的主设备就地模块替代了原过程层的合并单元、智能终端,同一次设备同体安装就地化设计。同时给出主设备就地模块的免配置方案、环网物理链路监视、多路SV级联数据自动切换等关键技术及其软硬件架构设计。经权威机构检测,完全满足IEC 61850标准,功能简单,性能优良,可靠性高,实现了一次设备智能化,减轻了运维负担,提高系统的可靠性,有广泛推广的现实意义。
In order to solve the problems of large number of process layer products,large impact,complex configuration and wide range of fault influence in the"three-layer and two network"system architecture of intelligent substation,the current"three-layer and two network"architecture of intelligent substation is analyzed,and the"two-layer and one network"system architecture design of the third generation intelligent substation is given.Combined with"two layers and one network",this paper studies the key technology of the local module of the main equipment in the process layer,and puts forward a design scheme of the local module of the main equipment in the third generation intelligent substation based on the system architecture of"two layers and one network".The local module of the main equipment in the scheme replaces the merging unit and intelligent terminal of the original process layer,and the local design of the same equipment installation is carried out in the same time.At the same time,the key technologies such as the configuration free scheme of the local module of the main equipment,the monitoring of the physical link of the ring network,the automatic switching of the multi-channel SV cascade data and the design of the software and hardware architecture are given.After the inspection by the authority,it fully meets the IEC 61850 standard,with simple function,excellent performance and high reliability.It realizes the intelligent primary equipment,reduces the burden of operation and maintenance,improves the reliability of the system,and has practical significance for wide promotion.
