摘要
长期以来,配网用电压电流传感器无法实现长期运行误差在线监测,不仅制约了配电设备一二次深度融合和智能化发展,而且成了配电网实现智能化的阻碍。文中提出了一种基于傅里叶变换的电压电流传感器长期运行误差在线测试方法,研发了由标准电压电流转换器、采集器和工控机构成的电压电流传感器误差在线测试装置,通过高精度测量电路和数字信号的交、基波的分解处理及离线校准技术,对装置的整体测量准确度和运行可靠性进行了充分验证,确保装置满足在线测试要求。基于该装置搭建了电压电流传感器长期在线误差测试平台,开展了空心线圈和低功耗电流传感器、电容分压和电阻分压电压传感器四类传感器的较长时间(200天)的在线误差实时测试,通过对获得的大量实测数据系统性分析,找出了这四类传感器在长期工作条件下误差变化的基本规律,提出了降低不同类型传感器长期运行误差的技术措施,为今后配电设备实现一二次深度融合、配电设备智能化及配电网的智能化提供了技术支撑。
For a long time,it is unable to realize online monitoring of long-term operation error of voltage and current sensors for distribution network.As a result,it not only restricts the primary and secondary deep integration and intelligent development of distribution equipment,but also hinders the realization of intelligent distribution network.This paper proposes an online test method for long-term operation error of voltage and current sensors based on Fourier transform.An online test device for the error of voltage and current sensors is developed,which is composed of the standard voltage and current converter,the collector and the industrial computer.Through the high-precision measurement circuit and the decomposition processing and offline calibration of AC fundamental wave of digital signal,the overall measurement accuracy and operation reliability of the device are fully verified to ensure that it can meet the requirements of online test.Then,based on the proposed device,a long-term online error test platform for voltage and current sensors is built and used to carry out online error real-time test of four types of sensors for a long time(200 days),including air-core coil and low-power current sensor,capacitive voltage divider and resistance voltage divider voltage sensor.Through the systematic analysis of a large number of measured data,the basic law of error variation of these four types of sensors under the long-term working condition is found out.Further,the technical measures are presented to reduce long-term operation error of different types of sensors,which provides technical support for the primary and secondary deep integration and intelligence of distribution equipment,and the intelligence of distribution network in the future.
