呼和浩特市母乳中磷脂含量及影响因素分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 于2018-2019年收集呼和浩特地区产后6个月内产妇的母乳样品共65份,测定其磷脂含量。结果表明:母乳中共检测出38种磷脂,其中磷脂酰胆碱12种,磷脂酰乙醇胺15种,鞘磷脂5种,磷脂酰丝氨酸3种,磷脂酰肌醇3种。母乳中磷脂酰胆碱的相对含量最高,随着泌乳期的延长而降低,组间差异显著(P<0.05);随着泌乳期的延长,磷脂酰乙醇胺和鞘磷脂的相对含量逐渐升高(P<0.05),磷酯酰丝氨酸和磷脂酰肌醇的相对含量较为恒定(P>0.05)。磷脂酰胆碱相对含量与泌乳期呈显著负相关(P<0.05),与肉类摄入量、蛋类摄入量呈显著正相关(P<0.05);磷脂酰乙醇胺与鞘磷脂的相对含量均与泌乳期呈显著正相关(P<0.05);5种磷脂的相对含量与乳母年龄、哺乳次数和分娩方式无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。 65 human milk(<6 months postpartum)samples were collected in Huhhot during the year of 2018 to 2019.The phospholipids relative contents were analyzed and compared for three lactation stages.The results showed:38 species of phospholipids were identified in the milk samples,and the numbers of phosphatidylcholines,phosphatidylethanolamines,sphingomyelins,phosphatidylserines and phosphatidylinositols were 12,15,5,3 and 3,respectively.At all lactation stages,the relative content of phosphatidylcholine was the highest.The relative content of phosphatidylcholine gradually decreased(P<0.05),the relative contents of phosphatidylethanolamine and sphingomyelin gradually increased(P<0.05),that of phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylinositol were constant(P>0.05).The phosphatidylcholine relative contents negative correlated to the lactation stage and positive correlated to the intake of meat and eggs(P<0.05).The lactation stage positive correlated to phosphatidylethanolamine relative contents and sphingomyelin relative contents(P<0.05).Phospholipids relative contents had no statistical significance with mother’s age,lactation frequency and delivery mode(P>0.05).
