摘要
目的调查国家基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠现状并分析其影响因素,提出干预建议,降低职业倦怠。方法分阶段抽样,用基本情况问卷、通用职业倦怠量表(MBI-GS)开展调查,χ2检验、Kruskal-Wallis H检验和二分类Logistic逐步回归分析进行统计检验。结果基本公共卫生服务人员439人中,职业倦怠检出率54.67%,分别有141人(32.12%)、68人(15.49%)、31人(7.06%)存在轻度、中度、重度倦怠;回归分析发现,基本公共卫生工作压力、基本公共卫生工作能力、工作设备配置、与居民相处关系、地区等因素与我国基本公共卫生服务人员职业倦怠相关(P<0.05)。结论基本公共卫生服务人员超一半存在职业倦怠,要采取多种干预措施缓解职业倦怠。
Objective To investigate the current situation of job burnout of basic public health service personnel and analyze its influencing factors,so as to put forward intervention suggestions to reduce job burnout.Methods The phased sampling method was used,and the Basic Situation Table and the Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Scale(MBI-GS)were used to conduct investigations.Chi-square test,Kruskal-Wallis H test and binary Logistic stepwise regression analysis were performed for statistical test.Results The detection rate of job burnout was 54.67%in 439 publich health service workers,including 141 with mild burnout(32.12%),68 moderate(15.49%)and 31 severe(7.06%).Regression analysis found that the pressure of basic public health work,work capacity for basic public health,work equipment configuration,relationship with residents,region and other factors were related to job burnout of basic public health service personnel in China(P<0.05).Conclusion More than half of the basic public health service workers suffer from job burnout,so various intervention measures should be taken to alleviate it.
