摘要
文章利用2018年全国残疾人基本服务状况和需求信息数据动态更新数据库J省数据,基于对47.4万条有效样本的分析,通过研究在互联网作用下人口学因素、生理状态因素、经济支持因素对残疾人就业影响的变化,进而对互联网影响残疾人就业的作用机制进行分析。研究表明:“城乡二元结构”是影响残疾人就业的重要因素,互联网有扩大残疾人就业城乡差异的潜在风险;互联网通过扩大残疾人的社交圈、替代教育资本、消除性别差异来促进残疾人就业;互联网对职业的变革使得身体缺陷对残疾人就业的限制作用被削弱,同时残疾等级与社会福利间存在着联动效应;互联网能够帮助残疾人更好地利用家庭禀赋,帮助残疾人就业。文章建议以树立新的残疾人观为先导,以提升残疾人人力资本为手段,以市场需求为导向,完善社会保障体系,帮助残疾人融入社会、实现就业。
Based on the analysis of 474,000 valid samples,the article uses the province’s 2018 national disabled people basic service status and the dynamically updated demand information data to study the changes in the impact of demographic factors,physiological state factors and economic support factors on the employment under the Internet,and then analyzes the role of the Internet in the employment of disabled people.The research shows that:(1)“Urban-rural dual structure”is an important factor affecting the em⁃ployment of disabled people.The Internet has the potential to expand the employment gap between urban and rural residents.(2)The Internet expands the social circle of disabled people,replaces educational cap⁃ital,and eliminates gender differences to promote the employment of disabled people.(3)Internet changes in occupations have weakened the role of physical defects in the employment of disabled persons,and there is a linkage effect between disability levels and social welfare.(4)The Internet can help people with dis⁃abilities make better use of family endowments to help disabled people find employment.The article propos⁃es to establish a new concept of disabled people as a guide,improve the social security system for the dis⁃abled and help disabled people integrate into society and achieve employment,market demand oriented and by means of improving the human capital of disabled people.
