甲基叔丁基醚装置空冷器节能优化研究

Study on energy saving optimization of air cooler in methyl tert-butyl ether device

摘要 甲基叔丁基醚装置脱氢单元洗涤油空冷器A1503夏季冷却效果不能满足后续工艺生产要求。通过对新增空冷蒸发预冷器的改造,降低了空气温度,提高了翅片管的降温效果,同时降低了工艺物料温度,满足了生产需要,保证了装置平稳运行。 The cooling effect of dehydrogenation unit of methyl tert-butyl ether washing oil air cooler A1503 in summer cannot meet the requirements of subsequent process production.Through the modification of the new added air-cooled evaporative precooler,the air temperature was reduced,the cooling effect of the finned tube was improved,and the temperature of the process material was reduced,which can meet the production needs and ensure the stable operation of the device.
