摘要
铌涂层能较好地继承金属铌优异的理化性能,有助于降低构件成本,实现工业化应用。梳理和总结了铌涂层的主要制备方法,着重综述了熔盐电沉积法制备铌涂层的装置、基体前处理、熔盐体系、基体材料及电沉积工艺对铌涂层组织及性能的影响,最后总结了铌涂层的性能和应用,提出了推进铌涂层工业化应用的研究方向。
Niobium coatings can better inherit the excellent physical and chemical properties of niobium metal,which can reduce the cost of components and realize industrial application.The main preparation methods of niobium coatings are summarized,and the effects are emphatically reviewed of equipment,substrate pretreatment,molten salt system,matrix material and electrodeposition process on the microstructure and properties of Nb coatings prepared by molten salt electrodeposition method.Finally,the properties and applications of Nb coatings are summarized,and the research directions to promote the industrial application of Nb coatings are proposed.
