摘要
目的探讨胃肠安丸对小儿轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床疗效及心肌酶谱的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2019年6月入住沈阳医学院附属中心医院诊断为轮状病毒性肠炎的患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组患儿给予蒙脱石散、布拉氏酵母菌散、补液、纠正水电解质紊乱,调整饮食,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上联合胃肠安丸治疗。比较两组临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效、轮状病毒转阴时间、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)水平。结果观察组退热时间、止吐时间、止泻时间、病毒转阴时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组CK、CK-MB水平下降,且观察组CK、CK-MB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃肠安丸可以提高轮状病毒性肠炎临床疗效,改善病情转归,缓解患儿临床症状,降低心肌酶谱水平。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Weichang’an Pill on child patients with rotavirus enteritis and its effect on myocardial enzyme spectrum.Methods A total of 120 child patients with rotavirus enteritis treated in Central Hospital Affiliated to Shenyang Medical College from September 2016 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects and were randomly assigned into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.Children in the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder,blaxella yeast powder,fluid supplementation,correction of imbalance of water and electrolytes,and diet adjustment.Child patients in the observation group were treated with Weichang’an Pill combined with plus those in the control group.The clinical symptom remission time,clinical efficacy,time for rotavirus to turn negative,levels of creatine kinase(CK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)were compared between the 2 groups.Results The observation group’s antipyretic time,antiemetic time,antidiarrheal time,and virus conversion time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group had higher treatment efficiency than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CK and CK-MB in the 2 groups decreased,and the levels of CK and CK-MB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Weichang’an Pill can improve the clinical efficacy of rotavirus enteritis,improve the outcome of the disease,relieve the clinical symptoms of child patients,and reduce the level of myocardial enzyme spectrum.
