摘要
目的探讨可敏索码熵家棋(KSS家棋)疗法联合度洛西汀治疗躯体形式障碍患者的效果。方法选取2019年1—12月辽宁省复员军人康宁医院收治的60躯体形式障碍患者作为研究对,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各30例。两组给予度洛西汀治疗,观察组同时给予KSS家棋疗法治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)及汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组和对照组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组世界卫生组织生命质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论度洛西汀联合KSS家棋疗法治疗躯体形式障碍的效果显著。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of duloxetine combined with KSS home chess therapy in the treatment of somatoform disorders. Methods A total of 60 patients with somatoform disorders admitted to Kangning Hospital of Liaoning Demobilized Soldiers from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects, and were assigned into a control group and an observation group according to random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The 2 groups were treated with duloxetine, and the observation group was treated with KSS Jiaqi therapy at the same time. The treatment effects of the 2 groups were compared. Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the observation group’s World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale(WHOQOL-BREF) score was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine combined with KSS home chess therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of somatoform disorders.
