摘要
目的分析2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者采用活血地龟汤治疗对临床症状和肾功能的效果。方法选取该院2017年4月—2020年4月收治的104例2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者,随机数字表法将患者分为研究组、对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组同时给予活血地龟汤治疗,治疗3个月后,比较两组疗效。结果 (1)除肾小球滤过率(GFR),研究组肾功能指标、炎性因子、各项血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)研究组各项中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)研究组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血地龟汤具有益气养阴、补肾活血的功效,可有效抑制2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者炎性反应,纠正糖代谢紊乱,改善肾功能,减轻患者临床症状。
Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms and renal function of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ treated with Huoxue Digui Decoction.Methods A total of 104 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ admitted in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into study group and control group by random number table.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was also given blood circulation,after treatment with Diguitang for 3 months,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results 1.In addition to the glomerular filtration rate(GFR),Creatinine dearancel Ccr the renal function indexes,inflammatory factors,and blood glucose indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Study group of scores of various TCM syndromes were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Digui Decoction has the effects of nourishing QI,nourishing YIN,nourishing the kidney and promoting blood circulation.It can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction in patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy stage Ⅳ,correct the disorder of glucose metabolism,improve renal function,and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.
