摘要 在配电系统中,采用“手拉手”的接线方式十分普遍,虽然这种接线方式可以减少提高供电可靠性,也可以减少停电时间,但是在合环开关的两侧,由于相角差、电压幅值等因素,在合环转供电操作中,可能会出现较大的合环电流,导致线路保护跳闸,造成用户停电。本文对一起10kV合环转供电导致线路跳闸的事故进行分析,找出合环转供电存在的问题,并提出提升的方法和对策。 In the power distribution system,the"hand in hand"wiring method is very common.Although this wiring method can reduce the power supply reliability and also reduce the power outage time,on both sides of the closed-loop switch,due to the difference in phase angle,voltage amplitude and other factors.in the loop-to-loop power supply operation,a larger loop-closing current may occur,causing the line protection to trip and causing users to power outages.This paper analyzes an accident caused by a 10kVclosed-loop power supply tripping the line,finds out the problems in the closed-loop power supply,and proposes methods and countermeasures for improvement.
