摘要 目的探讨运动疗法对乳腺癌患者身体状况及外周血DKK1的干预作用。方法选取该院2014年9月—2016年12月共84例乳腺癌根治术联合放(化)疗后的患者,随机分为运动组及对照组,对照组采用一般治疗,运动组在对照组基础上加用运动疗法,治疗12周,治疗前后检测患者人体成分、生存质量、血清DKK1水平等指标。结果经过12周治疗,对照组人体成分相关指标、DKK1水平、SF-36得分等方面无明显改变,运动组在腰围、平均臂围、体脂率、内脏脂肪面积及DKK1水平等方面均优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SF-36得分由(69.35±5.46)分升高到(82.42±6.33)分,优于治疗前,且优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.133,P<0.05)。结论运动疗法可有效改善乳腺癌患者人体成分及生存质量,并能降低其DKK1水平。 Objective To investigate the intervention effect of exercise therapy on the physical condition and peripheral blood DKK1 of breast cancer patients.Methods Selected 84 cases of breast cancer after radical mastectomy combined with radiotherapy in the hospital from September 2014 to December 2016,the patients were randomly divided into exercise group and control group.The control group received general treatment,and the exercise group was treated with exercise therapy on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks.The patient's body composition,quality of life,serum DKK1 level and other indicators were tested before and after treatment.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the control group showed no significant changes in body composition,DKK1 levels,and SF-36 scores related indicators.The exercise group was superior in waist circumference,average arm circumference,body fat percentage,visceral fat area and DKK1 level than those before treatment,and better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the SF-36 score increased from(69.35±5.46)points to(82.42±6.33)points,which was better than before treatment and better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.133,P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise therapy can effectively improve the body composition and quality of life of breast cancer patients,and can reduce their DKK1 level.
