摘要
目的探讨白内障手术患者应用手术室护理路径的临床价值。方法随机选取90例于2019年6—12月期间来该院接受手术治疗的白内障患者为研究对象,按入院顺序将其分为两组,采取常规护理干预的为对照组,应用手术室护理路径的为观察组。对比并评价两组的护理效果。结果①护理满意度方面,观察组患者的护理满意度达到97.78%,明显高于对照组的82.22%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.444,P=0.035<0.05)。②术后并发症方面,观察组患者角膜水肿、眼内炎等并发症发生率为4.44%,相比于对照组的20.00%明显降低,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.075,P=0.024<0.05)。③术后康复效果方面,观察组患者的住院天数及术后1周眼压均显著低于对照组,术后1周视力则明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.258、7.546、4.806,P=0.010、0.007、0.024)。结论通过应用手术室护理路径对白内障手术患者进行护理干预,可有效改善其眼部情况,提高视力,减少并发症,加快患者术后康复。
Objective To explore the clinical value of nursing pathway in operating room for cataract patients.Methods 90 cataract patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital from June to December 2019 were random selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The patients who received routine nursing intervention were the control group,and the patients who used the nursing path in the operating room were the observation group.To compare and evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results 1.In terms of nursing satisfaction,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%,significantly higher than that of the control group 82.22%.The data difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.444,P=0.035<0.05).2.In terms of postoperative complications,the incidence of corneal edema,endophthalmitis and other complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group 20.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.075,P=0.024<0.05).3.In terms of postoperative rehabilitation effect,the days of hospitalization and intraocular pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the vision in the one week after the operation was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.258,7.546,4.806,P=0.010,0.007,0.024).Conclusion Through the application of the operating room nursing path to the cataract surgery patients,it can effectively improve their eye conditions,improve vision,reduce complications,and speed up the recovery of patients after surgery.
