输入测点误差对结构振声预报影响的实验研究

摘要 针对将非激振点处实测加速度信息作为输入载荷能否准确预报结构振动及辐射声场的问题,采用大质量法,根据舱段模型实验数据,对选取不同输入载荷的情况进行了数值模拟。结果显示,选取距离实际激振点不超过振动波长10%的测点实测加速度信息作为输入载荷时,能近似预报结构受激振动及辐射声场,误差随所选取的测点与激振点距离增大而增大;选取距离激振点较远处的测点实测加速度信息作为输入载荷时,不能准确预报结构受激振动及辐射声场。 In order to solve the problem of whether the structural vibration and radiated sound field can be accurately predicted by using the measured acceleration information at the non-exciting point as the input load,the large mass method is used to simulate the selection of different input loads according to the experimental data of the cabin model.The results show that when the measured acceleration information of the measuring point which is not more than 10%of the actual exciting point is selected as the input load,the excited vibration and radiated sound field of the structure can be approximately predicted,and the error increases with the increase of the distance between the measuring point and the exciting point;when the measured acceleration information of the measuring point far away from the exciting point is selected as the input load,the excited vibration and radiated sound field of the structure can not be accurately predicted.
