摘要
通过分析“食品高新技术”教学中存在的问题,从课前准备、课堂教学、课后检测3个环节提出基于“雨课堂”的“食品高新技术”教学策略,旨在提高教学质量,充分发挥学生学习主体性,改善课堂学习气氛,以便更合理地考核学生成绩。
This study firstly analyzed the problems existing in the teaching of Advance in Food Engineering and Technology.Then,based on the rain classroom,teaching strategies were proposed which focused on the pre-class preparation,in-class teaching,after-school seminars,aiming to improve the quality of teaching,give full play to students'learning subjectivity,improve learning atmosphere in classroom,and more reasonably assess students'achievements.
