含铋防辐射涂层面料的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 以硅烷偶联剂3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570)为改性剂对铋粉进行表面改性处理,以有效改善粉末自团聚现象,并在聚氨酯(PU)树脂中具有良好的分散性及相容性,实现铋粉在PU中的高添加量。以涤纶平纹织物为基布,采用刮涂方式制备铋粉不同质量分数的防辐射涂层面料。结果表明改性铋粉在PU树脂中分散均匀,粉末与PU树脂界面效果良好,涂层结构致密。随着涂层中铋粉添加量的增加,面料对X射线防护效率呈先增大后降低的趋势,当铋粉质量分数为60%时,面密度为2 kg/m^2的涂层面料力学性能和防护性能较优,对管电压150 kV(能量118.00 keV)X射线防护效率近70%。 The surface modification of metal bismuth(Bi)powder was carried out with silane coupling agent 3-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxysilane(KH570),which could effectively improve the self-agglomeration of powders.And there was good dispersion and compatibility in polyurethane resin(PU).The high content addition of modified bismuth powder in PU was realized.With plain polyester fabrics taken as base cloth radiation-proof coating fabrics with different bismuth content were prepared by scraping.The results showed that the modified bismuth powder was uniformly dispersed in PU,the interface effect between the powder and PU resin was good,and the coating structure was compact.With the increase of bismuth content in the coating,the X-ray protection efficiency of the coated fabrics increased first and then decreased.When the content of bismuth powder was 60%and the weight of the fabric was 2 kg/m^2,the mechanical properties and protective properties of the coating fabrics were better,and the protective efficiency of 150 kV X-ray tube voltage(energy 118.00 keV)was nearly 70%.
