摘要
针对沿海建筑结构中常用的高强钢绞线材料,开展了锈蚀时变规律试验研究。建立了沿海地区真实环境与多功能气候模拟试验室环境之间的当量折算关系,分析了钢绞线锈蚀率随时间的变化规律,进行了钢绞线锈蚀形貌观测,分析蚀坑发展模型。试验结果表明:随着锈蚀时间的不断增加,钢绞线的抗蚀坑增长的能力逐渐减弱,锈蚀前期(1 a之内)平均锈蚀率缓慢增长,随后急剧增加。从初始锈蚀到第5年平均锈蚀率时变曲线拟合结果为幂函数形式。在1 a之内时,局部锈蚀中的点蚀为主要锈蚀形式,蚀坑形貌尺寸扩张迅速。实际服役1~5 a阶段,均匀锈蚀与局部锈蚀共同作用,锈蚀产物的不断堆积阻碍蚀坑扩展,导致蚀坑尺寸扩展缓慢。蚀坑长、宽、深随时间扩展曲线拟合结果为分段函数形式。
An experimental research on the corrosion time-varying law of steel strands commonly used in coastal structures was carried out.The equivalent conversion relationship between the real environment of coastal area and the environment of multi-functional climate simulation laboratory was established.The variation law of steel strand corrosion rate with time was studied by tests.The corrosion morphology of steel strand was observed and the corrosion pit development model was analyzed.The test results show that with the increase of corrosion time,the ability of steel strand to resist corrosion pit growth is gradually weakened,the average corrosion rate in the early stage of corrosion(within 1 year)increases slowly,and then increases sharply.The fitting results of the time-varying curve of the average corrosion rate from the initial corrosion to the fifth year is in the form of power function.Within 1 year,pitting corrosion is the main form of local corrosion,and the morphology and size of corrosion pits expand rapidly.During the 1~5 year service period,the continuous accumulation of corrosion products hinders the expansion of corrosion pits,and uniform corrosion and local corrosion work together to reduce the centralized erosion effect of corrosion pits,resulting in slow expansion of corrosion pits.The fitting results of the time-varying curve of the length,width and depth of the pit are in the form of piecewise function.
