摘要
大量使用化肥、农药、除草剂等的农作物种植方式,导致土壤污染及土壤严重退化.土壤酶作为生物化学反应的催化剂,可以反映土壤的环境健康状况.试验通过设置不同质量分数的草甘膦除草剂,通过培养不同时间,测定其对土壤磷酸酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性的影响.结果表明,草甘膦对土壤磷酸酶活性表现为激活或抑制作用,但与对照间无显著性差异,说明土壤磷酸酶对草甘膦污染反应不敏感;除高质量分数的草甘膦(GL5)对脲酶产生抑制作用外,在培养的第7、14、28和35 d时,草甘膦均激活了土壤脲酶的活性;不同质量分数的草甘膦对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的影响没有明显的规律,在培养结束时,各处理的过氧化氢酶活性均受到显著的抑制作用,说明草甘膦对过氧化氢酶活性的影响较为持久.
The excessive use of fertilizers,pesticides and herbicides in the process of crop planting has caused soil pollution and severe soil degradation.As a catalyst of biochemical reaction,soil enzyme can reflect the environmental health of soil.In this experiment,the effects of glyphosate on the activities of soil phosphatase,urease and catalase were determined by setting different concentrations of glyphosate and culturing different times.The results showed that the activity of soil phosphatase was activated or inhibited by glyphosate,but there was no significant difference between glyphosate and control,indicating that soil phosphatase was not sensitive to glyphosate pollution.In addition to the inhibitory effect of high concentration of glyphosate on urease activity,the activity of soil urease was activated by glyphosate on the 7th,14th,28th and 35th day.The effect of different concentrations of glyphosate on soil catalase activity was not obvious.At the end of culture,the catalase activity of different treatments was significantly inhibited,indicating that glyphosate had a long-term effect on catalase activity.
