摘要
通过对山西省丘陵山区农机化发展情况和政策扶持项目成效的深入调研,总结分析了制约山西省丘陵山区农机化发展的主要因素,提出了加大政策扶持力度、提高装备供给、土地整治、改革土地经营模式、争取金融支持、种植制度改革等政策建议,以期不断提升丘陵山区机械化水平,实现丘陵山区农业现代化。
This paper made an in-depth study on the development of agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountain areas of Shanxi Province and the effect of policy support projects,analyzing the main factors that restrict the development of agricultural mechanization in hilly and mountains areas of Shanxi Province.And then it put forward some policy suggestions such as strengthening policy support,improving equipment supply,land consolidation,reforming the land management model,winning financial support,and reforming the planting system,to continuously improve the mechanization of the hilly and mountains areas,and realize the modernization of agricultural agriculture in the hilly and mountains area.
