摘要
以闽西职业技术学院电梯工程技术专业为例,围绕服务当地经济社会发展和产业转型升级需求,校企合作进行“二元制”人才培养试点。通过校企共同参与方式,构建管理机构,进行招生改革,制定人才培养方案,编写教材,共同实施教学与管理,培养具有现代化职业能力的技术技能人才。
Taking the elevator engineering technology major of Minxi Vocational and Technical College as an example,the school-enterprise cooperation pilot project of"dual system"talent training was carried out to serve the needs of local economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading.Through the joint participation of schools and enterprises,the management organization is constructed,the enrollment reform is carried out,the talent training program is formulated,textbooks are compiled,the teaching process and management are jointly implemented,and the skilled talents with modern vocational ability are cultivated.
