摘要
信息与科研环境的改变,要求研究型图书馆转型升级以适应需求。利用文献分析及综合归纳法,以十年来研究型图书馆转型发展相关文献作为研究对象,归纳总结研究主题,概述了战略规划、资源建设、创新服务、馆员岗位等研究成果,认为新技术与新理念驱动了研究型图书馆的发展,需要对图书馆工作内容与形式重新定义,开展知识性、交汇型及协同式服务,而变革将是未来工作的常态。
Changes in the information and research environment require the transformation and upgrading of research libraries to meet the needs.Through the use of literature-based analysis and comprehensive induction,the literature on the transformation and development of research libraries in the past ten years is taken as the research object,and the research topics are summarized,including strategic planning,resource construction,innovative services and librarian.With the new concept driving the development of research libraries,it is necessary to redefine the content and form of library work,to carry out knowledge,convergent and collaborative services,and change will be the norm for future work.
