摘要
信息时代的到来,对高职教育的教与学模式产生了巨大的影响,对教师的信息化教学能力提出了更高的要求。文章从整合信息技术的学科教学法知识,即TPACK的视角出发,在分析高职教师的信息化教学能力影响因子的基础上,从国家宏观、学校中观和教师微观3个层面,探讨信息化教学能力的提升策略,为高职院校教师队伍的教学能力培养提供思路。
The arrival of the information age has a great impact on the teaching and learning mode of higher vocational education,and puts forward higher requirements for teachers’information-based teaching ability.From the perspective of integrating the knowledge of subject teaching methods of information technology,that is,from the perspective of TPACK,and on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of higher vocational teachers’information-based teaching ability,this paper probes into the strategies of improving informationbased teaching ability from three aspects:national macro,school meso and teachers’micro,so as to provide ideas for the cultivation of teaching ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
