摘要
改进飞机零件数字化装配工艺可以减少飞机制造时人力以及物力成本,提升飞机零件的装配精度与效率。为了改进飞机零件数字化装配工艺,本文提出了一种集成环境下基于MBD的飞机零件数字化装配工艺方法。首先以零件装配工艺特征与飞机部件的MBD模型为基础,构建零件装配工艺特征模型,分割整体状态工艺以及工序,构建基于MBD的工序模型,改善工艺设计达到简易程度,随后通过本体论对整体装配工艺概念进行客观表示,同时把装配流程知识分化成三种层次:工序层、工艺层与零件工艺数据层,依靠层次分化构建工艺本体模型,最后将上述特征模型与工序模型相融合,将其应用至工艺本体模型中,以改善飞机零件数字化装配工艺。实验证明本文方法能够均匀分配装配过程中的排钉负荷,装配准确率高,能最大限度提升零件材料的应变使用性能。
Improving the digital assembly process of aircraft parts can reduce the labor and material costs of aircraft manufacturing,and improve the assembly accuracy and efficiency of aircraft parts.In order to improve the digital assembly process of aircraft parts,this paper proposes a digital assembly process method of aircraft parts based on MBD in an integrated environment.First,based on the parts assembly process characteristics and the MBD model of aircraft components,build a part assembly process feature model,segment the overall state process and process,build an MBD-based process model,improve the process design to achieve simplicity,and then through ontology the process concept is objectively expressed,and the assembly process knowledge is divided into three levels:process layer,process layer and part process data layer.The process ontology model is built by layer differentiation,and finally the above feature model is integrated with the process model to apply it to the process ontology model to improve the digital assembly process of aircraft parts.The experiment proves that the method in this paper can evenly distribute the load of nails in the assembly process,and the assembly accuracy is high,which can maximize the strain performance of the parts.
