摘要
本文以航天阀门典型产品为研究对象,针对航天阀门典型产品的振动试验特性,进行力学试验夹具的研制试验工作:首先根据航天阀门产品结构,绘制夹具模型图;其次通过ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立其精细有限元模型,并通过仿真结果与试验结果进行夹具固有频率对比,验证研制夹具的合理性和可靠性,最后基于该试验夹具进行航天阀门产品的振动试验。研究结果表明:试验夹具的仿真结果与试验结果吻合,符合夹具设计标准,满足指标要求,且基于该试验夹具,顺利完成航天阀门产品振动试验考核。
In this paper,the typical aerospace valve products are taken as the research object.The developments of mechanical test fixture are analyzed according to the vibration test characteristics of typical aerospace valve products.Firstly,the fixture model diagram is drawn based on the space valve product structure.Secondly,the finite element model is established through the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the comparison is studied based on the simulation results and the experimental results,verified the rationality and reliability of the development of the fixture.Finally,vibration test of the aerospace products is carried out based on the test fixture.The results show that the simulation results of the test fixture are consistent with the test results,and the development fixture conform to the design standards of the fixture,and meet the requirements of the index.
