摘要
高校实验室管理是一套科学、体统的工程,是学校教学、科研等事业发展的保障。该文以高校实验室管理研究为切入点,以麦肯锡7S模型为理论基础,结合高校实验室的发展理念和管理特点,提出了高校实验室管理的“七要素模型”,在模型中引入了战略、结构和制度三个硬件要素以及特色、文化、团队和技能四个软件要素,并对七个要素进行了阐述和分析。
Laboratory management in universities is a set of scientif ic and systematic project,which is the guarantee for the development of school teaching and scientif ic research.On the basis of McKinsey 7S model,this paper conducts laboratory management research in colleges and universities,combining with the development concept and management characteristics of college laboratories,and proposes the"seven elements model"of college laboratory management.Meanwhile,this article introduces three hardware elements,including strategy,structure,system,and four software elements,including characteristics,culture,team and skill,thenexplains and analyzes every elements.
