摘要
采用廉价的铁化合物,合成常温脱硫剂M-1。考察了原料气浓度、空速、粒度等对脱硫剂脱硫精度及硫容的影响,当原料气浓度提高10倍,硫容由24.00%缓慢上升至48.00%,说明传质扩散能力大小决定了脱硫剂的硫容大小;空速由500 h^-1到2000 h^-1,硫容由41.20%下降到12.00%,说明铁系脱硫剂在低空速条件下,表现出了高精度,高硫容特性,不适用于高空速;粒度由20~160目(830~96μm),硫容41.20%到48.42%,粒度对脱硫剂硫容影响小于空速,但可以通过减小脱硫剂的粒径,提高脱硫剂的脱硫精度及硫容。
The room temperature desulfurizer M-1 was synthesized by using cheap iron compound.The effect of raw gas concentration,gas airspeed and particle size on desulfurization accuracy and the capacity to absorb sulfur was investigated.When the raw gas concentration was increased by 10 times,the capacity to absorb sulfurs lowly increased from 24.00% to 48.00%.The capacity to absorb sulfur decreased from 41.20% to 12% by increasing the airspeed from 500 h^-1 to 2000 h^-1,indicating high precision and high capacity to absorb sulfur under the condition of the low gas airspeed.When the particle size ranged from 20 mesh to 160 mesh,the capacity to absorb sulfur increased from 41.20% to 48.42%.The capacity to absorb sulfur was less affected by the particle size than the gas airspeed,but precision of desulfurization and the capacity to absorb sulfur can be improved by reducing the particle size of the desulfurizer.
