摘要
高职院校在我国社会主义事业的建设中担负着培养高素质、高技能、应用型专业技术人才的历史责任,其必然需要与之相契合的基层党建工作理念和工作模式。基层党组织应当在党建工作中切实履行在人才培养方面的主体责任,坚持党建领航,充分发挥党组织的政治核心作用和战斗堡垒作用,提高党员素质,强化组织育人责任,扎牢组织育人根基,为高职院校增强核心竞争力提供坚实的组织保证。
Higher vocational colleges shoulder the historical responsibility of cultivating high-quality,high skilled and applied professional and technical talents in the construction of socialist cause in China.The idea and mode of education need connect with the corresponding idea and mode of basic-level Party organization building.Party organizations should fulfill the main responsibility of talents cultivation in Party building,adhere to the leading role of Party building and give a full and important political role of Party organizations,improve the quality of Party members,and strengthen the responsibility of education,so as to provide a solid organizational guarantee for higher vocational colleges to enhance their core competitiveness.
