摘要
目的:研究分析八段锦结合平衡垫训练应用于改善老年帕金森病患者平衡功能的效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月于本院接受治疗的83例老年帕金森病患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和试验组(n=42),对照组给予平衡垫训练,试验组在对照组的基础上进行八段锦锻炼,比较两组治疗前后步态姿势得分、单腿睁眼及闭眼站立时间、6 min步行试验距离、运动能力评分、不良事件发生情况。结果:治疗后试验组步态姿势得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组单腿睁眼、闭眼站立时间及6 min步行试验距离均长于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组运动能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:八段锦结合平衡垫训练应用于老年帕金森病治疗可明显改善患者异常步态、姿势,提高平衡能力,改善运动能力,并减少不良事件发生情况。
Objective:To study and analyze the effect of Baduanjin combined with balance pad training in improving the elderly patients balance function with Parkinson disease.Method:A total of 83 elderly patients with Parkinson disease who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=41) and the experimental group (n=42).The control group was given balance pad training,and the experimental group was given Baduanjin exercise on the basis of the control group.The scores of gait posture,standing time of one leg with eyes open and eyes closed,6-minute walking test distance,motor ability score and adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the gait score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the standing time of single leg with eyes open and eyes closed and 6-minute walking test distance in the experimental group were longer than those in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the motor ability score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Baduanjin combined with balance pad training in the treatment of senile Parkinson disease can significantly improve the abnormal gait,posture,balance ability,exercise ability and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
