摘要
家庭主义是福利体制研究的议题之一。通过梳理家庭主义的缘起和发展可知,个体权利和福利国家的互动关系贯穿于这一议题始终,以此为基础,不同学者对家庭主义的类型进行了划分。家庭主义的内涵在微观上是家庭成员内部的依赖关系,在宏观上是家庭与福利国家照顾责任的划分。当前,家庭主义面临着各种价值争论,这些争论主要聚焦于个体选择与家庭团结的博弈以及福利国家是"挤出"家庭还是支持家庭。对福利国家转型的现实问题和当前我国社会政策的发展进行了思考,提出下一步研究的重点和思路。
Familism is one of the topics in the study of the welfare regimes. Through combing the origin and the development of familialism,we can see that the interactive relationship between individual rights and the welfare state runs through this theory. And based on this,different scholars have divided the types of familism. The connotation of familism is the dependency relationship between family members at the micro level,and the division of care responsibilities between the family and the welfare state at the macro level. At present,familism is faced with various value controversies,which mainly focus on the relationship between the individual choice and the family solidarity,and does the welfare state"crowd out"the family or turn to supporting the family. Finally,this article makes the practical consideration on the transformation of the welfare state and the current development of China’social policies,and then come up with the key points and ideas for the next research.
