Development of EPDM with aging resistance at high temperature

摘要 研究了防老剂种类、橡胶并用及第三单体种类对三元乙丙(EPDM)硫化胶高温老化性能的影响。结果表明,反应型防老剂N-4(苯胺基苯基)甲基丙烯酰胺(NAPM)在高温长时间老化时具有更好的防老化效果;与二元乙丙橡胶(EPM)和硅橡胶(VMQ)并用可以明显改善EPDM的高温耐老化性能和压缩永久变形;与亚乙烯基降冰片烯(ENB)型EPDM相比,乙烯基降冰片烯(VNB)型EPDM具有更快的硫化速度和更高的硫化程度,硫化胶也表现出更好的耐高温老化性能和更低的压缩永久变形。 Influence of anti-aging agent type,blending with EPM and silicone rubber(MVQ),and variety of diene on aging resistance of EPDM at high temperature was investigated.The results showed that reactive anti-aging agent NAPM exhibited better aging resistance at higher temperature for a long time,and lower compression set.When blended with 20 phr saturated rubber EPM and MVQ,EPDM also showed better anti-aging properties and lower compression set.Compared with ENB-EPDM,VNB-EPDM cured faster,and formed more crosslink and the vulcanizates had better ageing resistance and lower compression set.
