摘要
本文采用文献研读和对比分析的方法,从能效标识、相关法律法规和经济激励政策等角度介绍了美国既有建筑绿色改造法律政策及标准,并与我国的情况进行对比,剖析我国既有建筑绿色改造法规政策的不足,并从推行建筑能效测评标识认证制度、完善法律体系、完善标准体系、建立多层次经济激励政策和强化理念宣传等五个方面提出建议,希望对我国既有建筑绿色改造的可持续发展能够有所帮助。
This article adopts the methods of literature study and comparative analysis to introduce the laws,policies and standards for green renovation of existing buildings in the United States from the perspectives of energy efficiency labels,relevant laws and regulations,and economic incentive policies,and compare them with the situation in China to analyze the greenness of existing buildings in China.Renovate the insufficiency of laws and policies,and put forward suggestions from five aspects:implementation of building energy efficiency evaluation and identification system,improvement of legal system,improvement of standard system,establishment of multi-level economic incentive policies and strengthening of concept propaganda.Sustainable development can help.
