汽车尺寸工程技术探析

摘要 针对汽车制造企业及其工程师在尺寸工程开展过程中存在经验化,以及尺寸工程无法形成流程化、系统化等问题,解析汽车尺寸工程开发流程。阐述汽车尺寸工程概念、开发流程、尺寸目标设定、尺寸工程设计、尺寸测量系统规划和尺寸工程验证等内容。结合实例进行分析,促使汽车企业通过制定尺寸工程标准流程,使用尺寸链、公差虚拟仿真分析和匹配控制等技术,有效提升汽车车身、内外饰等装配质量。为汽车制造企业开展尺寸工程的应用提供有效参考。 In view of the problems existing in the process of dimension engineering in automobile manufacturing enterprises and their engineers,as well as the problems that the dimension engineering cannot be formed into process and systematization,the development process of automobile dimension engineering is summarized.The automobile dimension engineering concept,development process,size target setting,dimensional engineering design,dimensional measurement system planning and dimensional engineering verification are described;Based on the analysis of examples,the automobile enterprises are urged to formulate the standard process of dimensional engineering and use the technology of dimension chain,tolerance virtual simulation analysis and matching control,which can effectively improve the assembly quality of automobile body,interior and exterior decoration,and provide a reference for the application of dimension engineering in automobile manufacturing enterprises.
