摘要
为了更好掌握伺服电机的性能变化规律,提高其整体可靠性,开发出了一套伺服电机性能测试装置用来监测动静态状态下减速机的性能变化情况。同时,用所开发的伺服测试样机对伺服电机进行了扭矩-电机效率的测试分析,找出了扭矩对伺服电机效率的影响关系,为电机的选型提供了一定的依据。
In order to better grasp the performance change laws of the servo motor and improve its overall reliability,a set of servo motor performance test device is developed to monitor the performance changes of the reducer under dynamic and static conditions.At the same time,the torque-motor efficiency of the servo motor is tested and analyzed by using the developed servo test prototype,and the relationship between the torque and the efficiency of the servo motor is found,which provides a certain basis for the selection of the motor.
