摘要
介绍了两种适用于氧化铝生产的七效管式降膜蒸发工艺流程,即七效逆流流程和七效错流流程,并进行了热平衡计算,在对两种工艺流程的能耗和技术经济指标进行了详细的对比后,确定了最适宜的七效管式降膜蒸发工艺流程。
Two kinds of seven-effect tubular falling film evaporation processes suitable for alumina production are introduced,namely seven-effectcounter current process and seven-effect cross current process,and the heat balance is calculated.After energy consumption and technical-economic indexes of the two processes are compared in detail,the optimum seven-effect tubular falling film evaporation process is determined.
