摘要
针对维修器材积压浪费的问题,对航天测控装备维修器材库存进行优化。借鉴现有多级库存优化相关研究成果,采用改进的粒子群优化算法,将测控装备维修器材库存优化过程描述为在测控装备的可用度达到规定水平,考虑非串件拼修和串件拼修2种维修策略,构建基于测控装备可用度和器材保障费用约束的维修器材库存优化模型,获得测控装备维修器材最优的携运行方案,通过实例进行验证。结果表明,该模型与优化算法具有一定的可信性及较好的应用价值。
Aiming at the problem of overstock and waste of maintenance materials,the inventory of maintenance materials for aerospace TT&C(tracking,telemetry and command)equipment is optimized.Referring to the existing research results of multi-level inventory optimization,the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to describe the inventory optimization process of maintenance equipment of TT&C equipment as follows:when the availability of TT&C equipment reaches the specified level,considering 2 maintenance strategies of non string repair and string repair,constructs the inventory optimization model of maintenance equipment based on the constraints of equipment availability and equipment support cost.The optimal carrying operation scheme of maintenance equipment of TT&C equipment is acquired and verified by an example.The results show that the model and optimization algorithm are trusted,and has great application value.
