摘要
本文主要研究我国31个省市自治区的科技成果转化能力,根据2019年(中国科技统计年鉴)相关数据,归纳了研究与试验发展(R&D)经费支出、研究与试验发展(R&D)经费投入强度、研究与试验发展(R&D)投入人员、研究与试验发展(R&D)人员全时当量4个投入类指标和技术市场成交额、转化收益对地区生产总值的贡献率、研究生毕业数量、发表科技论文数量4个产出类指标。利用SPSS软件结合聚类分析、因子分析方法对我国31个省市区科技成果转化能力进行评价分析。
This article mainly studies the transformation ability of scientifi c and technological achievements in 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions in China.According to the relevant data in 2019(China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook),the research and experimental development(R&D)expenditures,research and experimental development(R&D)funding input intensity,Research and experimental development(R&D)input personnel,research and experimental development(R&D)personnel full-time equivalent 4 input indicators and technology market turnover,conversion income contribution rate to regional GDP,graduate number of graduates,published scientifi c papers Number 4 output indicators.Using SPSS software combined with cluster analysis and factor analysis methods to evaluate and analyze the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in 31 provinces and municipalities in my country.
