摘要
介绍了基于Internet的PLC远程实训系统的结构组成、开发过程及其特点。用户通过远程计算机,可以对控制系统进行编程,程序上传、下载,远程在线调试,远程视频监视。应用结果表明,用先进的计算机与网络技术,在原有设备基础上稍加改造,即可实现PLC远程在线实训,且建立远程开放式实验系统,特别是在当前的疫情背景下,具有重要的现实意义。
This paper introduces the structural composition,process of development and characteristics of the remote PLC practical training system based on the Internet.By means of a remote computer,a user can realize programming,uploading and downloading of programs and remote online debugging and video monitoring of the control system.The application shows that remote PLC online practical training can be realized by means of slight renovation of the original equipment as well as advanced computers and network techniques.In addition,the establishment of the remote open experimental system is of great significance during the period of the COVID-19.
