摘要
目的:探讨微课教学模式对耳鼻喉科护理实习生临床教学培训中的应用效果。方法:采用进入科室先后组号将耳鼻喉科20组共计140名临床护理实习生进行分组。观察组采用微课教学法进行专业知识培训,对照组采用传统教学法进行培训。结果:观察组学生理论考试成绩、技能操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微课教学法应用于护理学生临床带教知识培训中,可以提升学生自主学习能力,提高培训效果,满足多样化培训的需求,并且利于学生掌握基础和操作知识。
Objective:To explore the effect of micro class teaching mode on clinical teaching and training of nursing interns in otorhinolaryngology.Methods:a total of 140 clinical nursing interns from 20 groups of Otorhinolaryngology were divided into different groups.The observation group was trained with micro class teaching method,while the control group was trained with traditional teaching method.Results:the theoretical test scores and skill operation assessment score of the students in the observation group were nigher than those of the control group,control group(ninety-four point seven three+nine point six six)The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the micro course teaching method in the clinical teaching knowledge training of nursing students can improve students'independent learning ability,improve the training effect,meet the needs of diversified training,help students master the basic and operational knowledge.
