摘要
长江中游地区是稻谷主产区、农业精华区、生态关键区、经济潜力区和文化多样区,在我国农业发展与生态环境保护方面占有重要战略地位和作用。长江中游地区农业文化遗产具有丰富性、多样性、悠久性、独特性、珍贵性和全球性的特征。长江中游地区农业文化遗产具有多种功能和价值,如:经济功能、生态功能、社会功能、文化功能、旅游功能和科教功能等。为实现长江经济带绿色发展、高质量发展、可持续发展,必须高度重视长江中游地区农业文化遗产的保护,并采取如下对策和措施:提高认识、科学规划、增加投入、增强力量、完善法规、强化管理、加强合作和培养人才。
The middle reaches of the Yangtze River is the main rice producing area,agricultural essence zone,ecological key area,economic potential zone and cultural diversity area.It plays an important strategic role in the development of agriculture and the protection of ecological environment in China.The agricultural heritage in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is rich,diverse,long-standing,unique,precious and global,with many functions and values,such as economic function,ecological function,social function,cultural function,tourism function,science and education function,etc.In order to realize the green development,high-quality development and sustainable development of the Yangtze River economic belt,great importance must be attached to the protection of the agricultural heritage,and countermeasures must be taken including raising awareness,planning scientifically,increasing investment,enhancing strength,improving laws and regulations,strengthening management,strengthening cooperation and talents cultivation.
