摘要
微循环障碍是重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)的重要发病机制之一,总结有关中药复方和单味中药通过抑制核因子κB(NF-κB)信号通路改善胰腺组织微循环,从而治疗SAP的研究,发现当前研究以动物实验为主,临床研究较少且缺乏统一有效的观察指标及疗效判断标准。因此,今后需开展多中心、大样本的临床随机试验。参考文献39篇。
Microcirculatory disorders are important mechanism of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP).By summarizing the studies on treatment of SAP by inhibiting the NF-κB signaling pathway to improve the microcirculation of pancreatic tissue with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound and single medicinal of TCM,it can be concluded that the current studies solely focuses on animal experiments,and there are few clinical studies with unified and effective observation indicators and efficacy judgment standard.Therefore,multi-center,large-sample and randomized clinical trials are needed in the future.There are 39 references.
