摘要
氟嘧啶草醚属于新创制的嘧啶水扬酸类除草剂,在室内采用整株测定法测定其对稻田主要杂草的生物活性,并采用比色法测定其对植物乙酰乳酸合成酶(ALS)的抑制活性。结果表明,氟嘧啶草醚对稗、千金子、鳢肠、鸭舌草、丁香蓼、碎米莎草等杂草均具有杀草活性,对这些杂草的LD90分别为223.1714、213.2022、188.3864、261.5437、145.2541、327.8409 g/hm^2。随着用药量的提高,氟嘧啶草醚对植物体外ALS活性的抑制率也随之上升;活体测定结果表明,氟嘧啶草醚对水稻和稗草的ALS均具有明显的抑制作用,但水稻体内的ALS活性会很快恢复,而稗草体内的ALS活性则不能恢复。
Luorouracridine(temporary name)belongs to a new pyrimidine salicylic acid herbicide.In laboratory,its bioactivity on the main weed from the rice paddy and inhibitory activity to ALS from plant were determined via whole-plant bioassay and colorimetry experiment,respectively.The result showed that there were herbicidal activity of luorouracridine on Echinochloa crusgalli(L.)Beauv.,Leptochloa chinensis,Eclipta prostrata L,Monochoria vaginalis,Ludwigia prostrata,Cyperus iria L.were,while their LD90 were 223.1714,213.2022,188.3864,261.5437,145.2541,327.8409 g/hm^2,respectively.The inhibitory activity in vitro of luorouracridine to ALS rised as the dosage increased.In vivo bioassay experiment result showed that luorouracridine could significantly inhibited ALS in rice and E.crusgalli.Then ALS could recover quickly in rice but not in E.crusgalli.
