摘要
目的:探讨超声对特殊类型异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年3月本院收治的50例超声检查过的特殊类型异位妊娠患者进行回顾性分析,并经手术及术后病理证实。结果:经超声检查的50例特殊类型异位妊娠患者,漏误诊15例,诊断符合率为70%(35/50)。结论:超声检查对特殊类型异位妊娠诊断价值高,可提高检出率。
Objective:To explore the ultrasonic diagnostic value of special type of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,50 cases of ultrasound examination of the special type of ectopic pregnancy patients were analyzed retrospectively,and confirmed by surgery and postoperative pathology.Results:By ultrasonic examination of 50 cases of special type of ectopic pregnancy patients,15 cases of misdiagnosis,diagnosis coincidence rate was 70%(35/50).Conclusion:Ultrasound examination for special type of ectopic pregnancy diagnosis value is high,can improve the detection rate.
