摘要
针对马钢搪瓷钢浇注时发生水口堵塞,连浇炉数低的问题,通过控制转炉终点碳含量及氧含量、减少转炉下渣量、对钢包顶渣进行二次改质以及控制中间包酸溶铝含量处于0.035%-0.040%之间等措施,缓解了浇注搪瓷钢时出现的水口结瘤问题,改善了钢水的可浇性,提高了产品质量和经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of nozzle clogging and low continuous casting heats of enamel steel,Through taking some measures such as controlling carbon content and oxygen content at the end of converter,reducing slag amount from converter,secondary modification of ladle top slag and controlling acid soluble aluminum content in tundish between 0.035%and 0.040%,the nozzle clogging problem,which had serious troubles during casting hard enamel steel,have shown some improvement.The molten steels castability was improved,The product quality and economic benefit are improved.
