摘要
滚筒是车载式绞车主要的承载部件,对滚筒强度进行分析是确保车载式绞车在矿山上安全工作的关键;通过理论计算得到滚筒几何尺寸,利用理论值在SolidWorks上建立车载式绞车滚筒的三维模型;采用ANSYS对绞车滚筒进行数值模拟分析,得出同样容绳条件下滚筒体的厚度最小,达到减轻绞车质量的目的,为绞车滚筒的设计与校核提供参考。
The drum is the main bearing part of the truck winch,and the analysis of drum strength is the key to ensure the safety of the truck winch in the mine.In this article,the geometric dimensions of drum are obtained based on the theoretical calculation,and the three-dimensional model of the winch drum is established on the Solidworks by using the theoretical values.The ANSYS is used to carry out numerical simulation analysis of winch drum,it is concluded that the thickness of drum body is the smallest under the same cordage condition,so as to reduce the quality of winch,and provide reference for the design and verification of the winch drum.
