超磁致伸缩材料在航空中的应用探索

摘要 针对未来飞机的智能化发展需求,提出基于超磁致伸缩材料驱动的新型智能作动器以超磁致伸缩作动技术为核心,具有结构简单、高频驱动、高精度位移输出等优点,可以替代传统电机驱动的作动系统,并具有较好的应用前景,重点阐述了超磁致伸缩材料特性优缺点、国内外的研究现状及差距,得出今后的智能化、微型化以及一体化的发展趋势,分析技术突破面临挑战,对未来产品工程化具有一定的指导意义。 Due to needs of the intelligent development in future aircraft,a new type of smart actuator driven by the giant magnetostrictive material is introduced in this article,which is based on the giant magnetostrictive actuated technology and has the advantages of simple structure,high frequency drive,high precision displacement output,and so on.It can replace motordriven systems and has good application prospects.The advantages and disadvantages of characteristics of the magnetostrictive materials,the current research status and gap at home and abroad are highlighted.The development trend and challenge of intelligence,miniaturization and integration in the future are analyzed,which is of great significance to the future product engineering.
