摘要
在百年历程中,中国共产党以马克思主义民族观为指导,紧密结合中国的民族实际和民族问题实际,围绕各民族共同繁荣发展的目标,不断实现民族理论的创新发展,不断深化对民族与民族问题的认知,探索出中国特色解决民族问题的正确道路。中国共产党的民族理论主要围绕民族、民族问题、民族关系、中华民族共同体等话语,构建起民族平等、民族团结进步、民族繁荣发展、民族事务治理、民族工作实践、多民族国家建设等内容和体系。中国共产党民族理论的探索与创新始终秉持实事求是、解决实际问题的精髓,并因循贯彻纲领、阐释政策、凝结理论的理路,在理论创新发展中实现一脉相承、与时俱进。立足实际、品质实在、追求实用是党的民族理论的特点。
In the course of 100-year history,taking the common prosperity and development of all the ethnic groups as the objective,Communist Party of China has constantly realized the innovation and development of the ethnic theory,deepened the understanding of ethnicity and ethnic problems and explored the correct way to resolve ethnic problems with Chinese characteristics while combining Marxist ethnic view with the ethnic realities and problems of China.With such discourse on ethnicity,ethnic problems,ethnic relations,and the community for the Chinese nation,the ethnic theory of Communist Party of China has established the content and system of ethnic equality,ethnic solidarity and progress,ethnic prosperity and development,ethnic affairs governance,ethnic work practices,and multi-ethnic state building.In the exploration and innovation on the ethnic theory,Communist Party of China has always adhered to the essence of seeking truth from facts and solving practical problems,and followed the principles of caring out the program,explaining policies and formulating theories,thus achieving a line of succession and keeping pace with the times in theoretical innovation and development.Accordingly,the party’s ethnic theory is characteristic of reality,high quality and practicality.
