摘要
目的分析急性胃出血的急诊治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2020年1月吉林市化工医院收治的80例急性胃出血患者的临床资料,按照急诊治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用保守治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用胃镜下止血治疗,观察两组临床效果、治疗前后疼痛程度、止血时间和住院时间,并对数据进行统计分析。结果研究组总有效率为97.50%,对照组为82.50%,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组VAS评分均有所下降,且研究组下降更为明显(P<0.05);研究组止血时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性胃出血采用胃镜下止血联合保守治疗,临床效果显著,止血迅速,可快速缓解患者临床症状,减轻其疼痛程度,缩短止血时间和住院时间,加快病情康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of emergency treatment of acute gastric hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with acute gastric hemorrhage admitted to Jilin Chemical Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,according to the different emergency treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conservative treatment,and the study group was treated with gastroscope hemostasis on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,pain degree,hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the two groups were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 82.50%.The treatment effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased,and the decrease was more obvious in the study group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of hemostasis combined with conservative treatment under the gastroscope for acute gastric bleeding is remarkable,which can quickly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce their pain,and shorten the time of hemostasis and hospitalization,and accelerate the recovery of the disease.
