汽车内饰高光黑色涂料耐刮擦试验方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 喷涂高光黑色涂料是汽车内饰零件实现高光黑效果的常用途径,但其一直存在长期不耐磨和短期不耐刮的市场抱怨。为了获取合适的评价内饰零件表面高光黑色涂料耐刮擦性试验方法,本文首先概括了国内汽车厂的内饰零件耐刮擦试验方法,然后重点探讨了部分代表性试验方法用来评价内饰高光黑色涂料表面耐刮擦性能的合适性。通过研究分析,本文将耐刮擦试验方法归类为"压入法"、"划痕法"和"磨损法"三类。推荐以铅笔硬度测试方法为代表的"划痕法"评估高光黑色涂料短期耐刮擦性能,和以VELCRO带摩擦为代表的"磨损法"评估高光黑色涂料长期耐磨性能。 The high gloss black paint for automotive interiors is a common way to achieve the high-gloss black visual effect,but has been always complained by the customs for its poor scratch resistant performance.In order to obtain suitable test methods to evaluate the scratch resistance of high gloss black paint on automotive interior parts,this article reviewed the evaluation methods for interior scratch resistant performance in automobile factories at home firstly,then focused on the suitability of some representative test methods to evaluate the scratch resistance of high-gloss black coatings for automotive interiors.In this paper,the scratch resistance test method was classified into three categories:press-in method,scratch method,and abrasion method.For high-gloss black coatings,pencil hardness test method,as a representative scratch method,was recommended to evaluate the short-term scratch resistance,while as a representative of abrasion method,and the VELCRO abrasion method was suitable to evaluate the long-term scratch resistance.
